Job summary

UNIJOBS INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES CORPORATION is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead and oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in the Philippines, Honduras, and India. You will validate hours, inputs, and ensure compliance with statutory deductions on the Deel platform.

You will coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to meet payroll deadlines, handle payroll disputes, and manage sensitive compensation data with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-country payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws and tax filings.
• Experience with Deel or similar payroll systems.
• Ability to validate hours and payroll inputs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accurate and timely payroll processing (salaries, bonuses, commissions, deductions).
• Review and validate weekly and semi-monthly payroll for employees in the Philippines, Honduras, and India.
• Manage and validate employee work hours and payroll inputs through the Deel platform.
• Monitor payroll calendars and coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to meet deadlines.
• Validate hours against records to ensure accurate payroll computation.
• Review and manage payroll disputes and compliance filings (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF).
• Prepare and submit BIR Form 2316, Alphalist schedules, and DAT files.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of payroll data; act as primary payroll contact for leadership.

Lead and oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and statutory deductions. You will review and validate weekly and semi-monthly payroll for employees in the Philippines, Honduras, and India, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. You will manage and validate employee work hours and payroll inputs through the Deel payroll platform, monitor payroll calendars, and coordinate closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and statutory deductions

Review and validate weekly and semi-monthly payroll for employees in the Philippines, Honduras, and India, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion

Manage and validate employee work hours and payroll inputs through the Deel payroll platform

Monitor payroll calendars and coordinate closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met

Validate BVP hours against actual rendered hours and system records to ensure accurate payroll computation

Review and manage payroll disputes, including validation, computation, and resolution

Manage payroll-related statutory compliance and filings, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF requirements

Prepare, review, and submit BIR Form 2316, Alphalist Schedules, and DAT files

Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and secure handling of employee payroll and compensation information

Serve as the primary payroll contact for executive leadership, providing guidance on payroll operations, compliance, employee concerns, and process-related matters
