Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, an award-winning global outsourcer, is seeking a Payroll Manager in the Philippines. You will lead the local PH Payroll team and oversee Payroll Officer and HR Admin, ensuring accurate payruns and compliance with Australian legislation.

This hands-on role manages Employment Hero and KeyPay platforms, optimises workflows for efficiency, supports audits and reporting, and shares insights to improve decisions and employee experience. Direct reports: 2.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local PH Payroll team
• Manage and maintain Employment Hero & KeyPay platforms
• Optimise system workflows for improved efficiencies
• Payroll projects to meet AU legislation, awards, taxes, and super changes and compliance
• Comply and plan for audits, and people reporting for the business
• Share insights to improve business decisions and employee experience
• Hands on payroll supporting Officer and will complete full payruns when Payroll Officer is on leave
• 2 direct reports: Payroll Officer, HR Admin
