Job Description

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for approximately 750 PH employees
• Stabilise, optimise, and improve payroll processes under the new HR/payroll system
• Ensure compliance with Philippine payroll regulations, statutory filings, and audits
• Manage and develop one Payroll Specialist while partnering with local and US finance stakeholders

The ideal candidate must have:

Non‑Negotiables

• At least 7 years of solid payroll experience handling at least 250 headcount
• Strong stakeholder management and local Philippine payroll expertise, including statutory compliance
• Hands‑on experience in payroll system implementation or post‑implementation stabilisation
• Able to work fully onsite from Tuesday to Saturday

Good‑to‑Haves / Preferred

• Experience supporting US or global stakeholders
• Background in shared services or large operational environments
• Exposure to HRIS or payroll systems such as PeoplesHR or similar platforms
