Job summary

You will create and manage requirements, test plans, and documentation for system changes; identify discrepancies; and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. A minimum of four years in accounting and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, with CPA

Qualifications

• Min 4 years accounting working experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in PowerPoint presentation and creation.
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring, assessing, analyzing and evaluating processes and data.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis for HR and Payroll operations.
• Create and manage business analysis and documentation of system change specifications.
• Develop and implement user application test plans; execute tests and identify discrepancies.
• Resolve discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel and implement corrective measures.
• Interpret data and make recommendations.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members.
