Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMGSEAC) is seeking an Accountant to support the Accounting Manager with payroll, statutory benefits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and BIR compliance in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2–5 years of experience, with strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication. This full-time, on-site role offers growth within a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in payroll processing and statutory benefits compliance.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice prep, payments, and collections.
• Help prepare and file BIR reports and other government requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal controls.
• Assist in internal audits and implement corrective measures.
• Support financial reporting and analysis.
• Participate in system updates under the Accounting Manager.
