Job summary

ECAM Philippines is seeking a Payroll Associate to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across the organization.

You will support HR and Finance with wage administration, tax forms, and government contributions, while safeguarding data confidentiality and complying with local regulations.

This role offers growth, weekend/holiday shift flexibility, and benefits starting with Day 1 HMO and annual salary increases.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Business, HRDM or related field.
• Experience as a payroll specialist is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll practices.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software/databases.
• Confidentiality and integrity in handling payroll data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and shifting schedules including night shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll master data for new and existing employees.
• Process changes for hires, status updates, bonuses and terminations.
• Handle deductions and government contributions and tax forms.
• Ensure accurate time tracking and resolve payroll disputes.
• Coordinate payroll audits and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare final pay documents and explain computations.
• Generate payroll certificates on request.
• Support HR and Finance with wage and salary administration.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hours laws.
