Job summary

Enshored in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing, attendance, and timekeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance across Workday and Sprout.

You will generate payslips, final pay documents, and COEs, acknowledge emails, monitor time entries, and collaborate with the Payroll team to deliver smooth, secure payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, finance, and treasury.
• Experience with Workday & Sprout or other payroll systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Payroll Specialist
• Attendance and Timekeeping
• Acknowledge emails to team mailbox
• Update Zendesk Monitoring
• Endorse disputes to Payroll Specialist
• Monitor and remind employees on missing time entries
• Approve Sprout applications
• Generate and send Payslips and BIR Form 2316
• Prepare and send Final Pay documents
• Prepare and send COE and notarized Final Pay documents

Education

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course

Experience

• 1 to 4 years of experience working in payroll, accounting, finance, and treasury
• Experience with Workday & Sprout or other similar payroll systems is preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
• Proficient in communicating in both verbal and written using the English language

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Payroll Specialist
• Attendance and Timekeeping
• Acknowledge emails sent to the team's email address
• Update Zendesk Monitoring
• Endorse dispute to Payroll Specialist
• Monitor and send out reminders to employees who missed time entry daily
• Approve Sprout applications

Payroll - Final Pay

• Generate and send out Payslip, and BIR Form 2316
• Prepare and send out the Quitclaim
• Consolidate documents for Final Pay

Payroll - AdHoc

• Prepare and send out Certificate of Employment (COE)
• Process notarized Final Pay documents
• Monitors of clearance
• Strictly adhere to all organizational security policies and procedures, proactively maintaining up-to-date knowledge through mandatory training and ensuring the immediate reporting of all suspicious activities or security incidents.
