Job summary

Enshored is hiring a Workforce Planner in Cebu City, Philippines. You will design staffing schedules from forecasted needs and partner with clients and site operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.

This role requires 2–3 years in call center forecasting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. It is a fully office-based position with shifting schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

Primary Function

As a Workforce Planner, you design and maintain staffing schedules based on forecasted requirements, collaborating with clients and site operations teams to develop strategies that optimize productivity and efficiency. You monitor call patterns, adjust staffing in real time, create contingency plans, and generate accurate reports for operations management and clients. By analyzing associate behaviors and availability, you ensure service levels, schedule adherence, and operational goals are consistently met.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (no specification)


• A minimum of 2-3 years’ workforce forecasting/planning and scheduling experience in a call center environment


• Advanced knowledge in planning and scheduling methodology & procedures


• Experience in delivering workforce management processes to a BPO environment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Strong analytical skills and ability to apply those real-time


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word & Excel and other relevant software


• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills


• Ability to operate effectively in a team environment


• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
