Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines seeks a Payments subject matter expert to support Payments and Invoice Management within the AP/AR function. You will provide deep functional expertise, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements across the cluster.

In this role, you will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Treasury, coach team members, and support controls, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while upholding Johnson & Johnson's Credo commitments.

Formación

• Experience in payments processing and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and controls.
• Adept at financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Payments execution and SME support across market cluster.
• Ensure process controls and SOP adherence in payments and invoicing.
• Monitor payments activity, aging items, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Treasury on issue resolution.
• Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to Associates and Specialists.
• Identify process improvements and support transformation initiatives.
