Connext is seeking a Payment Recovery Specialist to join our USA client-facing team. You will manage denials, underpayments, and escalated payment issues from payers, ensuring accounts are billed correctly and resolved promptly.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, drafting correspondence to payors, following up on denials, and coordinating with billing and operations to improve workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected and at least three years of healthcare clerical or

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare clerical or payment recovery experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Manage denials, underpayments and escalated payment issues from payers.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of denials to identify process improvements.
• Draft letters to payors and follow-up on denials.
• Ensure accounts are paid according to contract guidelines and agreements.
• Use contract matrices to calculate reimbursement accurately.
• Identify and resolve payment issues proactively.
• Process payments and answer related inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with billing, operations and other departments to resolve escalated issues.
• Escalate issues requiring management attention.
