Responsibilities

• Conduct Level 1 screening investigations using multiple applications to search, gather data, and record evidence.
• Analyze and investigate alerts using standard policies and tools.
• Determine whether an alert matches a client/entity and escalate as needed.
• Substantiate dispositions with clear rationale and complete documentation/evidence trails.
• Maintain throughput and quality targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Screen payments and SWIFT messages in accordance with sanctions policies.
• Identify suspect transactions and escalate accordingly.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational changes.
• Collaborate with teammates and partner teams to support end-to-end case progression.
