Job summary

RELX is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst to support our finance operations in the Philippines. You will process invoices, record payments, reconcile ledgers, and assist with month-end closings while applying standard procedures and quality controls.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, deliver timely reporting, and contribute to process improvements, including exploring enterprise AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely end to end processing of vendor invoices and other payment requests.
• Accurate and timely closing activities (Monthly and yearly) as well as the weekly pay run.
• Organize and properly maintain documentation to ensure accessibility.
• Provide support to team members to maintain an up-to-date purchase ledger.
• Deliver professional service to the business and vendors.
• Suggest improvements to automate manual tasks and communicate changes clearly.
