Job summary

Celecti Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking suitable candidates to join our charitable healthcare organisation as a frontline Medical Centre support role. Attend to scheduled and walk-in patients, coordinate bookings and registrations, and explain test instructions with clear consent.

You will handle cashiering, maintain patient records per PDPA, assist with inventory, and support Community Health Days. Requirements include GCE O/N Level or higher equivalent, 1 year healthcare or service

Qualifications

• GCE 'O'/'N' Level, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, or a similar role.
• Friendly with a service-oriented mindset.
• Team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and confidence in using administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to scheduled and walk-in patients at the Medical Centre.
• Coordinate appointment bookings and patient registration, ensuring patient details are accurate and up to date.
• Verify patient's information, explain test and procedure instructions, and obtain the required consent forms.
• Handle cashiering, payment collection, and daily transaction reconciliation.
• Take basic patient measurements and conduct screenings e.g. BMI and vision checks.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with PDPA requirements.
• Provide customer service and address patient's enquiries and concerns.
• Support daily clinic operations, including managing inventory and replenishing office supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support Community Health Days and mobile medical services when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.
