Job summary

New World Diagnostics, Inc is seeking a friendly Front Desk Clerk to support patient registration and scheduling at our Malabon clinic. You will greet patients, answer calls, and process payments for lab tests and services.

The role requires good communication in Filipino and English, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome; the team values a customer-oriented attitude and professional presentation.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Pleasant personality and able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Patient, friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Filipino and English; knowledge of Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned at Units 101 and 102, Mezzanine Floor, Panco Square Bldg., #67 McArthur Highway, Brgy. Potrero, Malabon.
Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Responsible in assisting the patient’s registration, including greeting of patient, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
Accept from and refund payments to customers for laboratory tests, diagnostics procedures, and services.
