Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Motivated by weekly goals and monthly quotas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and dependability with a sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate collection calls daily.
• Arrange payments of outstanding balances.
• Set up payment plans for partial repayments.
• Send correspondence regarding delinquent accounts.
• Provide daily/weekly updates to management.
• Coordinate with health insurance carriers as needed.
• Manage a large volume of patient accounts per week.
• Coordinate with legal for skip tracing, asset location, and garnishments.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with HIPAA standards and information security policies.
