Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in pastry preparation, production, and presentation activities.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards before release.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with sanitation/health regulations.
• Monitor supplies and equipment, reporting issues to the Pastry Chef.
• Record food spoilage and prepare market lists based on daily orders.
• Scale, mix, and bake cake batters, buttercreams, pastry creams, and other desserts.
• Manage pastry station for optimum production and efficiency.
• Contribute to cost control and inventory management.
