Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a Head of Accounting for a full-time, on-site role in Pasig. You will lead the accounting function, ensure timely and accurate financial statements, manage the general ledger, and ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

You will supervise the team, coordinate month-end and year-end closing, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance knowledge to manage core processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for management and regulatory needs.
• Advanced analytics to identify trends and improve controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams with mentoring and prioritization.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, plus strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance; CPA preferred.
• On-site work in Pasig with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
