Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are available to support service and repair operations without delays
• Analyze parts movement trends and maintain inventory at optimal levels
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and annual audits for stock accuracy
• Maintain stock accuracy between physical inventory and ADOMS system
• Identify and evaluate suppliers; coordinate with Purchasing for procurement
• Develop alternative sourcing strategies by outsourcing from parts stores
• Develop marketing programs to increase parts and accessories sales
• Build relationships with fleet accounts, insurance companies, and repair shops for bulk sales
• Maintain regular contact with major customers to enhance loyalty and revenue
• Ensure compliance with MMPC policies and dealership standards in parts handling
