Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse/parts coordinator to support spare parts availability, order processing, and fulfillment. You will handle NetSuite S.O.

Fulfillment for spare parts, assist in packing for Luzon service providers, participate in cycle counts, stock takes, and Kaizen/5S initiatives, and perform miscellaneous duties as needed. You will join a team focused on accuracy, timeliness, and efficient warehouse operations to ensure parts reach customers

Responsabilités

• Respond to internal clients’ inquiries on spare parts availability on a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide correct and real time updates, comments, etc. in the Billing Requests (Google Sheet) until Sales Order (S.O.) Fulfillment has been created
• In charge of NetSuite S.O. Fulfillment for spare parts and/or other items stored inside the spare parts storage areas
• Prepare Request for Payment of LBC for Spare Parts
• Assist in packing of spare parts intended for Luzon Service Providers
• Assist in warehouse main functions e.g. Receiving, Binning, Dispatching and Releasing.
• Participates in Midyear and Year End Stock Take.
• Conducts periodic Cycle Count.
• Participates in Kaizen and 5S departmental initiative.
• Assist in spare parts stock transfer to Cebu and Davao branch offices as deemed necessary
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
