Job summary

Technolux Equipment & Supply Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Metro Manila to manage daily inventory tasks, including picking, receiving, binning, and packing spare parts and water filtration components for Luzon service providers.

You will label and monitor barcodes, oversee shipments, perform cycle counts, and support stock transfers to Cebu and Davao while participating in Kaizen and 5S initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Picking spare parts / water filtration requirements based on Pick List
• Administer warranty and SKU ID stickers to picked spare parts
• Maintain Sticker Monitoring file (google worksheet)
• Receive deliveries of foreign and local suppliers
• Maintain P.O. for RR logbook (shipment monitoring)
• Quality and Quantity check deliveries of foreign and local suppliers
• Print QR/Bar code stickers from Bartender based on Receiving Report
• Place QR / Bar code stickers to new arrival deliveries
• Bin new arrival deliveries
• Bin returned spare parts
• Conducts daily / weekly / monthly Cycle Count
• Participates in Midyear and Year End Stock Take
• In charge of packing spare parts / water filtration for Luzon Service Providers
• Assist in spare parts stock transfer to Cebu and Davao branch offices
• Maintain files of LBC courier waybill. Assist Inventory Analyst in summarizing billing as necessary.
• Participates in Kaizen and 5S departmental initiative.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Picking

• Pick spare parts / water filtration requirement/s based on Pick List

• Administer warranty and SKU ID stickers to picked spare parts

• Maintain Sticker Monitoring file (google worksheet)

2. Receiving

• Receive deliveries of foreign and local suppliers.

• Maintain P.O. for RR logbook (shipment monitoring)

• Quality and Quantity check deliveries of foreign and local suppliers

• In charge of printing QR/Bar code stickers from Bartender based on Receiving Report

• In charge of placing QR / Bar code stickers to new arrival deliveries

3. Binning

• Bin new arrival deliveries

• Bin returned spare parts

4. Stock Counting

• Conducts daily / weekly / monthly Cycle Count.

• Participates in Midyear and Year End Stock Take.

5. Packing

• In charge of packing spare parts / water filtration intended for Luzon Service Providers

• Assist in spare parts stock transfer to Cebu and Davao branch offices as deemed necessary

6. Maintain files of LBC courier waybill. Assist Inventory Analyst in summarizing billing as necessary.

7. Participates in Kaizen and 5S departmental initiative.

8. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
