Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners, including loan consultants, retailers, distributors, and suppliers, to ensure mutual growth and success.
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events, ensuring active involvement of loan consultants to maximize exposure and engagement.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies, partner performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and enhance partner relations.
Maintain regular communication with active loan consultants, providing timely updates on program changes, new initiatives, and available support to foster engagement and satisfaction.
Support the management team in additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the business and the achievement of strategic goals.
Other tasks that the management team deems necessary
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
at least 6 months - 1 year of experience relevant to the position.
Excellent attention to detail, customer-service oriented, proficient in Microsoft office and CRM systems
