Job summary

Athena in Quezon City is seeking a Partnership Manager to act as the bridge between Athena Clients and their Executive Assistants. You will set foundations for successful partnerships by building relationships with clients, understanding success metrics, and ensuring EAs have what they need to deliver elite support.

Lead a team of 15–18 EAs with coaching, feedback, and development, align resources to client goals, identify growth opportunities, and resolve conflicts with diplomacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in managing teams and talent development.
• 2+ years working with international stakeholders (ideally American clients).
• Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and their Executive Assistants to understand success metrics.
• Lead a team of 15–18 Executive Assistants with coaching, feedback, and development.

Partnership Manager

The Role Overview

As a Partnership Manager, you'll be the bridge between Athena Clients and their Executive Assistants. You'll set the foundation for a successful partnership by building relationships with clients, understanding what success looks like for them, and making sure their EA has everything they need to deliver exceptional support. When things don't go as planned, you're the one who steps in to keep the partnership on track.

• Provide resources, training, and support necessary for EAs to consistently deliver world‑class service.
• Set clear goals and track performance metrics.
• Hold your team accountable for results and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Blend operational expertise with relationship management to optimize processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Navigate cultural nuances across multiple countries and time zones.
• Drive continuous improvement in how we serve clients.

What You Bring

• 2+ years managing teams and developing talent.
• 2+ years working with international stakeholders (ideally American clients).
• Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Strong coaching skills with experience creating individualized development plans.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and creating action plans.
• Comfort working night shifts and rotating schedules.
