Job summary

Search AI Company is seeking a seasoned Partner Solutions Architect to amplify our technical reach through a network of partners including SIs, resellers, and cloud providers. You will co-create repeatable solutions, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and enable partners to win deals.

You will own technical relationships, build a Technical Engagement Plan per focus partner, and lead hands-on labs and demonstrations while guiding partners toward successful customer outcomes across LATAM and beyond.

Qualifications

8+ years in technology solutions, architecture or related fields.
3+ years of pre-sales experience in software, partner-facing preferred.
Teach others to run demos; enablement drives wins.
Security ops/observability knowledge; AI and semantic search awareness.
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure architectures.
Commercial fluency in deals, scope and margin with partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Comfort with ambiguity; self-starter with action bias.
Ability to influence across partner and internal teams.
Technical depth in AI agents & Search, security or observability; cross-domain fluency helps.
Willingness to travel LATAM region, ~40% travel.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Accelerate partner-led opportunities; conduct hands-on labs and POCs.
Maintain awareness of competitive dynamics and market trends; equip partners with positioning.
