Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Partner Engineer (PE) to lead end-to-end technical lifecycle and enablement for strategic partners. You will act as the primary technical contact, driving technical validation, GTM alignment, and joint services with a focus on CF1, SASE/SSE, and AI infrastructure.

You will cultivate champions and expand PIO through architectural-driven collaboration. You’ll work with sales to accelerate pipelines, enable partners to independently sell scalable Cloudflare solutions, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience.
• Strong technical depth in Cloudflare One (CF1) or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures.
• Proven track record of developing technical talent within partner organizations.
• Enterprise Architecture & Project Management experience in multi-cloud environments.
• Ability to manage the technical lifecycle of deals from pre-sales to post-sale service delivery.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present CF1 architectures to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Engineering & Champion Building.
• Technical Alignment, Discovery & Enablement: align with partners on GTM strategies.
• Technical Account Plan Ownership for assigned partners.
• Architect mapping of partner goals to CF1/AI execution milestones.
• Build Technical Champions within partner organizations to scale Cloudflare expertise.
• Drive Partner-Influenced Opportunities (PIO) through strategic architectural alignment.
• Deal Support & Qualification: PoC, demo, pipeline generation & acceleration.
• Accelerate Services Delivery.
• Own the ASD partner journey to deploy Cloudflare platform and AI workloads.
• Co-develop joint services catalogs with partners for CF1 and AI security.
• Monitor KPIs to optimize partner service delivery.
• Manage technical lifecycle of deals end-to-end.
• Champion Automation AI Tools to optimize tasks.
• Engage in PTAC for early access to beta software and feedback.
• Collaborate in cross-training across Cloudflare One and AI ecosystems.
