Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inside sales, sales coordination, or channel support.
• Experience with distributors, resellers, or partner sales models.
• Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Background in B2B, technology, SaaS, or hardware sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary inside sales contact for channel partners.
• Coordinate pricing requests, product info, orders, and documentation.
• Arrange onboarding, training, and ongoing partner communications.
• Maintain CRM data and support deal registrations and discounts.
• Generate reports on channel sales, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers, Marketing, Finance, and Ops.
