Manila Memorial Park in Bulacan is seeking an Assistant Park Operations Manager to supervise park operations and maintenance, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on grounds maintenance, interment and cremation services, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors and the Construction and Development Committee. You will lead safety programs, customer service, and staff development, while building relationships with local government and partners.

Qualifications

• Park management experience with supervision of cemetery/park operations and frontline customer service.
• Strong background in technical programs, operations, or engineering related to construction and repairs.
• Experience managing interment, cremation, and chapel facilities plus billing operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise park operations and maintenance ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Plan and allocate resources, personnel, equipment, and time for efficient work flow.
• Oversee Interment, cremation, and viewing chapel services and report market trends and improvements.
• Develop and manage annual operational programs and park budget to meet cost and revenue targets.
• Direct security personnel to protect assets and reduce incident risk.
• Ensure park rules are followed by clients, staff, and contractors.
• Coordinate with Construction and Development on progress and deviations in mausoleum projects.
• Forecast and manage P.R.s for spare parts and inventory, including price negotiations.
• Prepare work requests for repairs and improvements for CD Committee approval.
• Communicate electricity arrears and payment instructions to clients.
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks to enforce HSE policies and report incidents.
• Deliver good customer care and address inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with local and national legal requirements for park operations.
• Participate in hiring, training, performance reviews, salary considerations, and problem solving.
• Build relationships with local government and external partners to understand community issues and market trends.
