Emapta Philippines seeks a skilled Paraplanner to translate complex wealth strategies into precise financial models, SOAs, and client recommendations for an international client base.

You will collaborate with advisers, develop SOAs/ROAs, and enhance compliance across superannuation, investments, and insurance. This role offers a hybrid setup in Makati/Cebu with strong growth, learning opportunities, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on paraplanning experience in financial planning or wealth mgmt.
• Strong XPLAN proficiency preferred, incl. modelling, client records, and advice prep.
• Experience preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs).
• Knowledge of superannuation, investments, insurance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Statements of Advice (SOAs) aligned with adviser strategies.
• Perform financial modelling across SMSFs, trusts, and company structures.
• Maximize use of XPLAN for planning, modelling, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure advice complies with applicable legislation and standards.
• Communicate strategies clearly with advisers and stakeholders.
• Lead or support small teams when required.
