Emapta Philippines in Cebu is seeking a Paraplanner to support Australian advisers with compliant, accurate paraplanning and regulatory governance. You will collaborate closely with advisers to maintain high-quality advice documentation and ensure timelines are met in a hybrid Cebu setup.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of Australian paraplanning or adviser-compliance experience, strong knowledge of Xplan, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and train

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Australian paraplanning or adviser-compliance experience.
• Direct experience supporting financial advisers.
• Proficient in Xplan and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Australian Financial Services licensees and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant advice documents and materials for authorised representatives.
• Ensure factual accuracy and legislative compliance of documents.
• Collaborate with advisers to uphold advice quality and regulatory integrity.
• Manage document requests within required timelines and maintain relationships.
• Train advisers on paraplanning processes and best practices.
• Improve workflows and standardize processes.
• Contribute to strategic projects to enhance service delivery.
• Stay current on financial planning legislation and strategies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Australian paraplanning or financial adviser compliance
• Direct experience working with financial advisers
• Strong working knowledge of Xplan
• Current understanding of Australian Financial Services licensees and regulatory requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian financial services industry and its products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills for training workshops
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferred
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu
