Job summary

IFIVE INC. is hiring a Paralegal for our personal injury team. You will support lawyers by drafting correspondence, pleadings and other documents, and help manage calendars and case files in a fast-paced environment on-site in Quezon City.

The role requires a strong background in office tasks, careful document handling and a commitment to delivering excellent client service. Night shift availability is required; US law firm experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Has experience as paralegal in personal injury or other practices.
• Experience in US Law Firm is a plus.
• Amenable to work on a nightshift schedule.
• Must be able to work on our site in 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Generating correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Raising the bar for exceptional client experience (through rapid service and helping the legal team deliver results)
• Making sure our systems are being used and processes followed
• Tracking deadlines, organizing and maintaining legal documents
• Assisting with the preparation of exhibits, witness binders, and other trial materials
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling other administrative duties.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Paralegal to be part of our team.

• This role will support the legal field and be able to handle a variety of tasks such as being the completing casework while paired with a Lawyer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a role for someone with strong background of office-related skills, and experience working as a paralegal, whether it is in personal injury law, or not. We need someone to take responsibility for:
