We are looking for a Junior Paralegal to join a U.S.-based legal team and provide day-to-day support on Texas litigation matters.
This opportunity is ideal for an early-career legal professional who already has exposure to the U.S. legal system and Texas litigation and wants to further develop their experience working with U.S. attorneys and legal teams.
You will assist with case preparation, legal documentation, file organization, and administrative litigation tasks while ensuring that work is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and reviewing litigation-related documents.
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling Texas cases.
Help track important case dates, deadlines, and required submissions.
Maintain organized digital case files and supporting documentation.
Assist with case-related research and document preparation as assigned.
Coordinate professionally with attorneys, clients, and internal team members.
Handle sensitive and confidential legal information appropriately.
Follow established procedures and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately.
Support other litigation and legal administrative activities as needed.
1–2 years of experience in paralegal, legal assistant, or related legal support work.
Previous experience working with U.S. legal matters is required.
Hands-on exposure to Texas litigation is required.
Good understanding of legal documentation and case management processes.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Able to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Willing to learn new legal processes, systems, and tools.
