Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment in the Philippines seeks a regulatory compliance professional to review promotions and operations for adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies. You will prepare regulatory submissions and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement updates.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in regulatory compliance, preferably in gaming, with strong communication and collaboration skills and proficiency in office software and AI productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in gaming.
• Familiarity with PAGCOR regulatory framework and gaming requirements preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills; quick learner with accountability.
• Proficient in common office software and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing promotions, products, and operations for compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare, compile, and coordinate regulatory applications, reports, and supporting documents for submission to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and issuances; assist in implementing updates across the organization.
• Conduct daily monitoring of operations to identify issues, ensure compliance, and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate compliance initiatives and timely regulatory completion.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, filings, licenses, and related documentation.
• Prepare compliance reports, legal documents, and management updates for review and approval.
• Assist during regulatory inspections, audits, and reviews by coordinating document submission.
• Support development and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Participate in compliance-related projects and training initiatives.
