Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a highly organized Paralegal Assistant to support U.S.-based law firms across Personal Injury, Family Law, Immigration, and Bankruptcy matters. You will manage case files, liaise with U.S.

clients and third parties, and draft basic legal documents under attorney supervision. The role requires 2+ years of US-law firm support experience, proficiency with major legal case management platforms, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. law firms in Personal Injury, Family Law, Immigration or Bankruptcy.
• Proficiency with legal case management platforms (Clio, Filevine, MyCase, Litify).
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. legal terminology and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati on a nightshift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Maintain and update digital case files and CRM systems; track deadlines and statutes.
• Document Control: Organize records and ensure proper naming conventions and filing protocols.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare basic legal correspondence, case summaries, chronologies, and discovery support under attorney supervision.
• Client & Third-Party Coordination: Communicate case updates with clients and coordinate with external agencies.
• Scheduling: Arrange consultations, hearings, depositions, and related appointments.
