Job summary

AS White Global is seeking a Paralegal to join our Australian practice in Manila, supporting solicitors on plaintiff personal injury, employment, and insurance matters. This full-time role starts onsite in Manila with a pathway to hybrid work after 3–6 months.

You will prepare legal documents, draft correspondence to clients and insurers, review evidentiary records, and coordinate medico-legal examinations using Smokeball and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal support, legal assistant, or paralegal role.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting legal documents.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Smokeball or similar legal practice management software is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, affidavits, chronologies, and statements of loss and damage.
• Draft correspondence for clients, insurers, employers, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
• Review, organise, and summarise medical, financial, taxation, and other evidentiary records.
• Coordinate medico-legal examinations and prepare supporting briefs and litigation materials.
• Manage electronic legal files, diaries, deadlines, and document tracking using Smokeball.
