Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a warehouse supervisor in General Trias, Cavite. The role focuses on weekly and monthly reporting, inventory transfers with shipping, and maintaining organized storage spaces to support production and distribution.

The ideal candidate has a college degree with logistics experience, strong math, and proficiency in Excel/Word. Prior supervisory exposure is preferred to lead a small team.

Qualifications

• Must be college graduate or with atleast 2 years work experience.
• Graduate of any degree with work experience related to logistics, warehousing/manufacturing.
• Must have good mathematical skills.
• With basic computer skills on Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiar with SAP/ERP.
• With previous supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting of Paper Roll.
• Coordinate with shipping delivery personnel regarding inventory transfer of finished goods that are ready for delivery.
• In charge of keeping the storage area organized.
• Accountable for ensuring effective, safe, accurate, and timely stock management including space allocation, stock transfer, status of items and dealing with non-conforming items.
• Conducts monthly physical counts and settle variances.
• Responsible in maintaining stocks for those items with required buffer items.
• Working closely with the Planning Department to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
