Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cavite is seeking a logistics supervisor to manage stock, warehousing, and inventory processes. You will oversee storage, coordinate with shipping, and ensure accurate reporting of materials such as Paper Roll.

The role requires leadership experience, strong math skills, and proficiency in Excel; SAP/ERP familiarity is a plus. Start date ASAP in Gateway Business Park Cavite.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate or have at least 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting of Paper Roll.
• Coordinate with shipping delivery personnel regarding inventory transfer of finished goods that are ready for delivery.
• In charge of keeping the storage area organized.
• Accountable for ensuring effective, safe, accurate, and timely stock management including space allocation, stock transfer, status of items and dealing with non-conforming items.
• Conducts monthly physical counts and settle variances.
• Responsible in maintaining stocks for those items with required buffer items.
• Working closely with the Planning Department to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
