The Technical Consultant – IAM and PAM Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for partners and end customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical assessments, configuring and integrating IAM/PAM platforms, performing system troubleshooting, and providing ongoing technical support. The role also involves delivering technical presentations and demos, collaborating with sales teams on solution design, and preparing technical documentation and best practices. The engineer will work closely with vendor and partner stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to diagnose complex IAM/PAM issues and interpret technical requirements.
• Consulting experience, with the ability to gather customer needs, propose solutions, and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
• Technical support and troubleshooting skills, including hands-on experience with IAM/PAM tools and related security technologies.
• Sales-oriented skills, such as supporting pre-sales activities, contributing to solution proposals, and participating in technical demonstrations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, access control concepts, and industry best practices for identity and privileged access management.
• Experience with common IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., Okta, CyberArk, Ping, BeyondTrust, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications in security or IAM/PAM (e.g., CISSP, CISM, vendor-specific credentials) are an advantage
