Hammerjack Pty. Ltd. Philippine Branch Office is seeking a proactive Finance Intern to support the finance team in data collection, analysis, reporting, and internal control reviews in a collaborative hybrid environment.

This paid internship targets graduating or enrolled students who must complete 600 hours of academic internship, practicum, or OJT. The role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting processes while balancing class schedules.

• Academic background: Currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline.
• Must complete 600 hours of internship/OJT as required by university/college.
• Hybrid work schedule with days depending on class schedule.
• Mindset: eager to learn, proactive, organized, and able to work independently and with others.

• Identify trends and variances from data.
• Collect data needed for financial analysis.
• Analyze accounting options and recommend financial actions.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting and analyzing information.

• Identifying trends and variances from the data.

• Collecting data needed for financial analysis.

• Analyzing accounting options and afterward recommending financial actions.

• Preparing financial reports by collecting and analyzing information

• Verifying assets and liabilities.

• Examining documentation, reports, operating practices, records to ensure the established internal control.

Skills & Experience

• Academic Background:Currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree inFinance, or a related discipline. Can provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

• Required Hours:Must be required by your university/college to complete600 hoursof internship/OJT.

• Work Schedule:Hybrid, with days depending on class schedule.

• Mindset:Eager to learn, proactive, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
