Cooee Inc. in Makati is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads & Design to support digital advertising, creative production, and day-to-day marketing activities.

Working with the Marketing Team and General Manager, you will help turn campaign plans into paid advertisements, visual content, and coordinated marketing activities. Our Australian partner designs, installs, and maintains electrical, security, and communications solutions.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of graphic design and short-form video editing experience, with media buying experience ideally in Meta Ads.
• A portfolio showing actual advertisements and social content beyond logo design.
• Strong skills in Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and video editing software such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Good organisation and ability to deliver on schedule without constant follow-up.
• Clear written English and confidence in raising concerns when something is not working.
• Regular daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and an interest in further learning.
• Background in trades, construction, home services, or working with Australian customers is an advantage.
• HubSpot, LinkedIn, or WordPress experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and launch Facebook and Instagram lead campaigns per GM's instructions.
• Walk the GM through new campaigns via Loom before launch.
• Regularly review campaign performance and redistribute budgets within limits.
• Identify advertising issues, including rejected ads and tracking problems.
• Develop advertisements and social content from provided images and footage.
• Edit reels and short videos with captions, music, and logos.
• Deliver content in 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 formats.
• Coordinate with the videographer before shoots to capture usable content.
• Schedule weekly posts from the content calendar with Australian English captions.
• Publish updates and project images on Google Business Profiles (Perth/Geraldton) and request reviews.
• Ensure online leads are entered in HubSpot as deals with proper source/service tags.
• Keep testimonials and content pinned; prepare weekly performance reports.
