Cooee Inc. in Makati seeks a Media Buying Specialist – Meta Ads & Creative to support media buying, graphic design, video editing, and marketing activities with the Marketing Team and General Manager to turn ideas into campaigns and creative content.

Our Australian partner designs and maintains electrical and security solutions. You will work on campaigns, manage content, and ensure brand consistency across formats and channels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in graphic design and short-form video editing with Meta Ads experience.
• Portfolio with real ads and social content.
• Proficient in Canva or Adobe suite; CapCut and Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Strong organization and reliability; meets deadlines without follow-ups.
• Excellent written English and ability to discuss performance.
• Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT or Claude) and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with Australian clients or trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch Meta lead campaigns per GM's instructions for audiences, budgets, placements, and forms.
• Present campaigns via Loom walkthrough before launch.
• Monitor performance, pause underperforming ads, and adjust budgets within approved limits.
• Flag issues early and track costs; optimize creative.
• Transform site footage into ads and social content; edit short-form videos with captions, music, and logos.
• Create 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 creatives; maintain brand consistency with logos, colours and fonts.
• Brief videographer before shoots to capture required footage.
• Schedule weekly content using calendar with Australian English captions.
• Update Google Business Profiles with posts and reviews; collect customer testimonials.
• Record online leads in HubSpot; tag by source and service.
• Submit weekly reports on published/scheduled content, ad spend, leads, and cost per lead.
