Cooee Inc. in Iloilo is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Ads & Design to support digital advertising, creative production, and day-to-day marketing activities. Working with the Marketing Team and General Manager, you will help turn campaign plans into paid advertisements, visual content, and coordinated marketing activities.

Our Australian partner designs, installs, and maintains electrical, security, and communications solutions. A portfolio of actual ads and content is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design and short-form video editing experience.
• Portfolio showing actual ads and social content beyond logo design.
• Strong skills in Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and video editing software such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Good organisation, reliability, and ability to deliver work on schedule without constant follow-up.
• Clear written English and confidence in raising concerns when something is not working.
• Regular daily use of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, and an interest in further learning.
• Background in trades, construction, home services, or working with Australian customers is an advantage.
• HubSpot, LinkedIn, or WordPress experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and launch Facebook and Instagram lead campaigns according to instructions.
• Review campaign performance and redistribute budgets within approved limits.
• Identify issues such as rejected ads, rising costs, and tracking problems.
• Develop advertisements and social content from job site images and raw footage.
• Edit reels and short videos with cuts, captions, music, and logos.
• Deliver content in 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 formats.
• Follow brand guidelines and coordinate with the videographer for shoots.
• Coordinate posting from content calendar and manage insights in GA/HubSpot.
