Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field accepted.
• 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of packaging processes, quality control, team management, safety procedures, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage packing operations within the team, organizing and assigning tasks.
• Ensure packed items meet quality standards; implement quality control procedures.
• Train new packing team members and provide ongoing training on packing techniques and safety.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvements.
• Provide regular reports on packing performance and issues encountered.
• Deliver excellent customer service, address inquiries and assist with service requests.
• Problem-solve and make quick decisions to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
