Job summary

3M is seeking a Packaging Engineering Compliance Supervisor to lead data management and compliance documentation for the Packaging Engineering team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate cross-functional partners, ensure timely regulatory submissions, and drive data quality improvements.

You will also provide day-to-day leadership to the team, prioritize work, and support ongoing compliance initiatives including PPWR and UK RAM, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, documentation management, compliance operations, or related work.
• Experience coordinating work or providing day‑to‑day guidance to others in a team environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including data organization, formulas, sorting, filtering, lookup functions, and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day compliance documentation activities for the Packaging Engineering team.
• Support regulatory reporting and data requirements, including PPWR, UK RAM, and other packaging-related regulations.
• Coordinate supplier outreach to request compliance‑related packaging data and documentation.
• Track supplier responses and follow up to ensure timely completion of required submissions.
• Review, validate, and organize submitted compliance information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
