Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procure to Pay Ops Associate Manager for an on-site night shift role at Quezon City. The position reports to the P2P function and supports travel and expense processing and compliance within policy.

Responsibilities include reviewing and auditing T&E reports, ensuring timely reimbursements, validating VAT/GST, coordinating with HR/Payroll/AP, and driving process improvements within the P2P and T&E cycles. The job is based at Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in PTP specific to T&E.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ensure timely reimbursement of employee expenses per SLAs.
• Validate receipts, expense coding, VAT/GST tax compliance, and cost center allocations.
• Identify non-compliant expenses and coordinate corrections with employees and managers.
• Manage T&E queries via ticketing systems or email and provide guidance on policies.
• Support corporate card transactions and resolve discrepancies or declined transactions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, AP, and Procurement to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Maintain and update T&E policies, procedures, and user guides.
