Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Officers Club Manager to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role oversees daily club operations, safety, staff training, and customer satisfaction to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing F&B, event coordination, budgeting, and compliance with Navy MWR standards. Foreign travel, relocation to a remote overseas location, and mandatory training are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage management, or facility operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Navy MWR operations and CNICINST 1710.3 standards.
• Must complete and maintain CPR, First Aid, Food Safety & Sanitation, HAZMAT, Alcohol Server Intervention, Customer Service, and Local Emergency Procedures training with annual recertification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Officers Club operations, including F&B services, customer relations, and event coordination.
• Lead, supervise, and train staff to meet Navy MWR service standards.
• Ensure compliance with CNICINST 1710.3 and safety regulations across the facility.
• Maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
• Plan, promote, and execute special events and catering for officers and guests.
• Prepare routine reports on club operations, training compliance, and customer service outcomes.
