Job summary

Xcellink Group in the Philippines seeks a Business Manager & Outsystems Technical Lead to drive growth and lead the Outsystems/Operations Competency Center. You will align business needs with technical delivery, while coordinating with HQ in Singapore to shape go-to-market strategies and deliver scalable solutions.

The role blends business development with hands-on delivery, requiring strong leadership, client engagement, and program management across sales, delivery, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in business development with knowledge of data centers, software development, and workforce augmentation.
• Proven success growing business in regional markets with a strong industry network.
• 8+ years in web/mobile app development using OutSystems.
• Proficient in web tech: ASP.NET, C#, Java, HTML/CSS/JS and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling; ER modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by creating and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
• Position Xcellink as a capability partner and SME by tailoring solutions for client needs.
• Develop and package OutSystems skills into market-ready offerings and services.
• Lead customer engagements, discovery sessions, and live demos during sales cycles.
• Support revenue targets through collaboration with sales and pre-sales teams, contract negotiations.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with multi-disciplinary teams and KPI tracking.
