Job summary

Tasq Work in Manila (Hybrid) seeks a senior consultant to deliver outsourcing advisory engagements as an extension of the onshore team. You’ll collaborate with the onshore lead on client deliverables from onshore and offshore locations.

The role covers sourcing strategy, RFP preparation, provider assessments, contract management, and transition support, with KPI-driven data analytics and market insight contributions.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4–9 years of work experience; consulting firms including Big 4 in advisory roles.
• Experience in pre-sales, transition and operations roles.
• GBS/SSC exposure in large multinational companies—Contract/Vendor Management.
• Knowledge of Finance/Procurement/HR processes in outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outsourcing and business services advisory engagements as an extension of the onshore team.
• Advise clients on sourcing life cycle areas: strategy, business case, RFP, assessments, and governance.
• Collect and analyze client data to develop KPIs and industry trend insights.
• Support market insights research and KDNI proposition development.
• Contribute to practice development and benchmarking studies.
