Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Senior Adviser in Manila with 4–9 years in management consulting to deliver outsourcing and business services advisory engagements. You will work with the onshore team on sourcing lifecycle activities, including strategy, RFPs, and transitions, while developing KPIs and benchmarking insights.

The role involves collaborating with global clients, contributing to market propositions, and supporting practice development in a hybrid Manila office setup.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• 4–9 years of relevant work experience in advisory roles.
• Experience in consulting firms including Big 4 in advisory roles.
• Experience in pre-sales / transition / operations roles.
• GBS/SSC exposure in Contract Management / Vendor Management / Operations / Transition for large multinationals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outsourcing and business services advisory engagements as an extension of the onshore team.
• Support sourcing lifecycle activities including strategy, business case, RFP preparation, and provider selection.
• Collect and analyze client data to develop KPIs and benchmark trends.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to create market propositions and differentiate the firm.
• Participate in practice development activities such as market insight research and benchmarking studies.
