Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Outside Plant Engineer to lead end-to-end telecom construction projects in Harton, Parañaque City. The role is onsite with nightshift, demanding detailed planning, budgeting, and coordination across field teams and corporate resources.

You will develop plans, drive construction phases, and ensure site readiness while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and document control are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Outside Plant (OSP) engineering or telecom construction.
• Expert knowledge of aerial and underground network assets.
• Proficiency in mapping and project documentation.
• Ability to lead site walkouts and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans from design to completion.
• Drive construction phases, including scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
• Conduct site walkouts and lead project meetings for readiness.
• Create Project Packets with maps, site images, and files.
• Monitor quality and safety to meet deadlines and regs.
• Troubleshoot field problems during construction lifecycle.
