Job summary

HRTx Inc in Manila or Quezon City is seeking an Outpatient Nurse to deliver nursing care and clinical support during mobile clinic deployments, including health screenings and annual physical examinations at partner sites.

You will assist patient consultations and procedures, perform basic clinical assessments, and ensure accurate documentation of patient records while upholding quality care in a dynamic mobile clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Licensed registered nurse required.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs and conducts initial patient assessment and history taking.
• Performs basic clinical procedures such as blood extraction, ECG, and vaccine administration.
• Assists physicians during consultations, diagnostic tests, and minor procedures during mobile clinic operations.
• Provides instructions to patients regarding procedures and necessary follow-up care.
• Ensures accurate documentation of patient interactions and medical records.
• Supports mobile clinic operations and performs other duties as assigned.
