Job summary

Ingenious Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Medical Coder to review outpatient records and assign ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS Level II codes.

The role requires strict adherence to coding guidelines and payer requirements while ensuring accurate data entry into EHR and billing systems. The ideal candidate will stay updated on coding regulations, maintain confidentiality under HIPAA, and contribute to a high-performing, quality-driven department with above-market compensation and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Certified AAPC/AHIMA medical coder.
• Strong knowledge/experience with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM.
• Knowledge/experience in outpatient medical coding.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-driven.

• Review outpatient medical records and assign ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS Level II codes.
